Oscar winner, Hollywood legend and AIDS activist's elizabeth taylor has finally been laid to rest.the funeral took place on Thursday afternoon at Forest Lawn Memorial Parks & Mortuaries in Glendale, California,same place long time close friend michael jackson was buried.the service was officiated by Rabbi jerry cutler and close friend Collin Farrel recited Gerard Manley Hopkins' poem "The Leaden Echo and the Golden Echo.Elizabeth's son Michael Wilding, her grandson Tarquin Wilding, and her daughter Liza Burton Tivey, read other selections.Her grandson Rhys Tivey performed a moving trumpet solo of Amazing Grace.She was interred at the Great Mausoleum, sheltered beneath a soaring marble Michelangelo angel,she had a closed casket service and it was draped with gardenias, violets and lily of the valley.according to her rep,taylor left instructions her service should begin 15mins later than publicly scheduled.RIP Dame Elizabeth Taylor
