The judge in michael jackson's case is considering granting a new lawyer to join the legal team of doctor conrad murray who's been charged with the case of manslaughter as regards the death of micheal jackson.the judge thinks it will be more appropiate if a lawyer who was acquainted with micheal jackson or possibly worked for him,joins the defence team.the lawyer in question is non other than Nareg Gourjian,a former associate of celebrity attorney Mark Geragos.Geragos represented Jackson from 2003 until 2005 but left the singer's case before he was acquitted of child molestation charges.The administrators of Jackson's estate and Geragos are going to give their opinion wether they think Gourjian should join the defence team, as Gourjian already stated that he didnt do much in the former Jackson cases.The judge overseeing the case will hear arguments Thursday on whether a new attorney with ties to the singer should be allowed to join the defense team.I personally can't wait to see the end of this manslaughter saga.

Brown was found guilty of assaulting the Umbrella singer after a pre-Grammy Awards party in 2009 and as part of his punishment he was ordered to stay away from her at all times, including music events.Now, two years later, the restraining order has been lifted, allowing Brown contact with his ex - as long as he doesn't annoy or harass her. Brown was in court on Tuesday for the hearing. Rihanna skipped it, but her attorney Donald Etra made it clear his client had no objections.Nice one rihanna,its hi time you both put the past behind you and move on.now,that doesn't mean we should expect old flames to come alive burning!

What a sad sad news this is.being a huge chronicles of narnia fan myself,am still in great shock over this horrible event.Chronicles of Narnia series Executive Producer Perry Moore has died at the age of 39. He passed away Thursday after he was found unconscious in his New York City apartment from an apparent drug overdose, according to the New York Times. Bill had just spoken to his son the night before and described him as being in "a great, great mood," and said "No one was expecting this." his cause of death hasn't been confirmed yet by the police, as the medical examiner's report is still yet to be released. Moore was reportedly found by his partner, Hunter Hill, with whom he wrote and directed Lake City in 2008. The movie maven's career went beyond the film industry, and tales of lions, witches and wardrobes, however. Moore's strong desire to portray positive, gay characters in comics, lead him to write an award-winning comic called, "Hero", which told the story of a high school basketball player turned superhero coping with emerging super powers and his sexual orientation.I just really hope this tragedy won't be a setback for the already successful narnia chronicles.

Oscar is very passionate about his work. A Los Angeles fire fighter was badly injured at the fire at the luxury home on Viewsite Drive on Wednesday.More than 80 firefighters attended the blaze and the un-named fireman was severely hurt after a section of the ceiling collapsed after a faulty sprinkler allowed water to collect in an enclosed area above them.a reliable source said: "Heidi Klum and producers from Tresor Entertainment are now trying to find an alternative location to shoot Germany's Next Top Model. "They were due to start filming today through until April 22, 2011, with five of the contestants - who are aged between 16 and 23 - all set to live in the property. "The fire came as a real shock to Heidi and her team because they were all set to start filming the show and were really happy with the location. "They signed a contract with the home's owner and secured a filming permit from Film LA but now because of the damage it is not safe to film." The cause of the fire has yet to be determined although investigators believe that it could have started in a fireplace and spread to nearby walls - neither of the two people living inside the home at the time was injured. According to property records the house sold for $7.1 million in 2008 - the top floor of the house opens to the street while two other levels descend down the hillside. The 38-year-old fireman who was hurt in the blaze has been listed as being in 'grave condition' at Cedars Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles.it has been confirmed that the gravely injured firefighter, Glenn L Allen sadly passed away today at 12.15pm at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. Allen was 61 years old and just one year away from retirement - his first grandchild was due in a couple of days.

DEAD BABY FOUND AT OPRAH WINFREY'S SCHOOL

Considering all the drama that's been going on in Oprah Winfrey's life,she's doing a great job still running her show to the fullest of her capability and her composure is second to none.the drama in her life is taking place far away from her new cable network. The body of a newborn baby was discovered in a bag belonging to a student at the already scandal-plagued Oprah Winfrey Leadership Academy for Girls in Johannesburg, according to South African authorities. Hospital staffers discovered the lifeless infant when the 17-year-old girl identified as the baby's mother was brought in to be treated for excessive bleeding, the child in a bag she brought with her. Police believe that the girl, who remains hospitalized, gave birth at the school. Charges have not been filed at this time and police are investigating, after which the case will be turned over to the Director for Public Prosecutions, ABC News reports. They have not said whether foul play is suspected in the child's death. A Chicago-based spokesman for Winfrey's school said they will not be commenting on the case, as it involves a minor. As did the case of the school's former dorm matron, who was accused in 2007 of molesting several students. Virginia Tiny Makopo was eventually acquitted of the charges, leaving Winfrey "profoundly disappointed." The talk-show queen and cable-network founder ultimately fired the school's headmistress, as well, stating that she would do everything in her power to "ensure [the students'] safety and well-being." In March 2009, four pupils were expelled and another three suspended for alleged "inappropriate behaviors," which were said to include "sexual misconduct," toward other students.
